This project was from the spring semester of my Junior year. We were given the existing condition and tasked with designing a space inside the provided floor plan. We were tasked with choosing an already existing business and creating a space that would fit their corporate identity. The building core restrooms were not changed. This was the first project where egress and exit access were really thought about.
