This was my Senior project from the fall semester. We were tasked with creating an office space for a real-world client that we interviewed and researched. The building is the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas in Dallas, TX. We were given a tour of the ballroom given by Gensler and toured another ballroom that was converted to office space as reference. We had various stages of this project; the final stage was Construction Documents complete with applicable building codes for the city.
